Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Financial Package: Highly competitive compensation ranging from $275,000 to $350,000, depending on experience and performance.
• Generous Bonus Incentives: Earn 35% of adjusted production, with production-based bonuses that reward performance.
• Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 available for qualified candidates. Relocation assistance available as part of the sign-on package.

Qualifications: 

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Certifications: Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program preferred but not required
• Licensure: Eligible for dental licensure in the state of Florida
• Skillset: Proficient in pediatric behavior management, preventive and restorative pediatric care
• Experience: New grads and experienced pediatric dentists welcome
