Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Guarantee: $669,537-$748,000
Quarterly wRVU and quality bonuses
Student loan repayment of up to $200K
Signing Bonus of up to $75K
Relocation: $20K
PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)
Qualifications:
Certifications: BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
Skillset: Generalist scope with emphasis on lower extremity (hips and knees)
Experience: New grads and experienced candidates are equally welcome to apply
