• Base Salary: $500,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Relocation Assistance, Relocation Stipend: $15,000 (according to need)

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD/DO
• Certifications: Board Eligible/Certified
• Licensure: Ability to obtain active Louisiana License
• Experience: At least 1-3 Years
• Sponsorship: H1B Visa
