Position Highlights

  • 4-day workweek (4x10) with no formal on-call rotation; occasional after-hours consults only

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at $167,500+, depending on experience
  • Incentives: Quarterly recognition bonus, annual performance-based compensation, and shareholder payouts
  • Continuing Education: In-house AGD PACE-accredited courses; $4,500 reimbursement for CE, licensure, and related expenses
  • Retirement: Defined benefit cash balance plan and 7.5% 401(k) match
  • Time Off: 4.75+ weeks PTO, plus paid parental leave and wellness days

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope pediatric dental care from infancy through adolescence, including patients with special health care needs
  • Perform diagnostics, restorative care, extractions, fluoride/sealant application, crowns, and emergency treatments
  • Deliver preventive education to pediatric patients and guardians
  • Mentor and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Contribute to resource management and team leadership initiatives

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD with completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency
  • Active Oregon Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Nitrous Oxide permit (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
  • Open to new graduates and experienced providers
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and leadership skills
  • Sponsorship not available
