Position Highlights:
· Known for its patient-centered approach, emphasis on preventative care, and a strong focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
· Multispecialty group practice setting
· Group of 30 Radiologist
· Monday - Friday 8a-5p (Some Flexibility)
· Remote or In-person options
· Very light call; 3 Saturdays a year 9a-2p
· Rotate modalities day by day.
· Epic EMR
· No Urgent cases
· Desired sub-specialties: Body Imaging, Breast Imaging, Neuro, Musculoskeletal, Nuclear Medicine, Oncologic Imaging
· Services offered: Bone density tests (DEXA), Breast biopsies, CT, Digital mammography (including 3D breast tomosynthesis offered regionally), Joint injections for diagnosis and pain management, Lymph node biopsies, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Paracentesis, PET/CT, Spinal taps (lumbar puncture), Thoracentesis, Thyroid biopsies, Ultrasound, X-ray
Compensation & Benefits:
· Total compensation range $550,000 - $1.2M (Average $6ook -$700k)
· $56 wRVU
· Pay for Performance averaging $40,000
· Average sign-on Bonus of $50,000
· Relocation up to $10,000
· PTO: 15 days, 8 sick days, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays
· CME: $2,500 + 5 days
