• Favorable Call Schedule: Telephonic call only - nurse consultative service evaluates need and forwards if necessary
• Culture & Support: MA, front desk staff, and call center for scheduling

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $326,401 year one
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 after years one through four
• Sign-On Bonus: up to $50,000
• Additional Benefits: Partnership expectation after year two

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD/DO
• Certifications: BC/BE
• Licensure: Oregon and Washington license (or eligibility to obtain them)
• Skillset: Desire to build a thriving practice - with organizational support and an existing patient panel
