Qualifications
Degree: Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Licensure: Unrestricted Oregon BCBA license and BLS certification.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a BCBA preferred.
Skillset: Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
