Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:Hourly rate of $39.30 - $46.30, based on experience and qualifications.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities
Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for children with communication disorders.
Support patients with speech-language delays, feeding disorders, cognitive delays, and other developmental needs.
Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP, using evidence-based techniques to enhance speech and language development.
Educate families on exercises and techniques to reinforce therapy goals at home.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
Qualifications
Degree: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
Licensure: Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required; strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children.
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
