Competitive Compensation: $53.50 - $62.25 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:
Degree: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
Certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion.
Skillset: Expertise in early intervention, speech-language development, and swallowing disorders.
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced SLPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
Provide therapy for conditions such as speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, cognitive delays, fine/gross motor delays, and sensory disorders.
Educate families on therapeutic techniques to support treatment goals at home.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
