Ideal Work Environment: Treat a diverse patient population with access to advanced therapies, including pelvic floor rehab, dry needling, and blood flow restriction therapy.
Favorable Call Schedule: Rotating weekend and holiday coverage, typically once every five weeks, with call schedules planned three months in advance.
Culture & Support: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality patient care.
Growth Opportunities: Work within an expanding rehabilitation program serving a high patient volume and receive ongoing professional development support.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour (based on experience).
Call Pay: 1.5x hourly rate for weekend coverage.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement available for moving expenses.
Continuing Education: $500 annual CME allowance

Qualifications
Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
Licensure: Must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills: Pediatric experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance for home health visits.
