$300k+ Outpatient Family Medicine - Virginia

4-Day Workweek | 12-18 Patients/Day

Position Highlights

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• 12-18 patients/day for a manageable pace
• Low call volume: fewer than 10 calls/month

Compensation & Benefits

• $280,000+ guaranteed base salary
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

• CME: 5 days annually + $1,200 allowance

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Virginia medical license or eligibility
• Comfortable treating all ages and performing routine primary care procedures
• Visa sponsorship available
