Tony Schnapp is a Principal with the Medicus Firm and works out of the Dallas, TX office.  Mr. Schnapp previously served as a Divisional Vice President of Recruiting for a national search firm based in Dallas.  He began his career in physician search in 1999 and has earned many awards and accolades from his employers including Recruiter of the Year in 2000 & 2002 and was voted Most Influential in 2003.

Mr. Schnapp's areas of expertise include strategic search planning, needs assessment, physician recruiting incentives/contracts, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.  His role is to assist clients in analyzing their physician staffing strategies and in executing the search process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews and negotiating contracts.  Mr. Schnapp has extensive experience in assisting hospitals, medical groups and other organizations with their physician recruiting needs. 

A graduate of Ohio University, Mr. Schnapp lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife, Amber and son Logan.  Mr. Schnapp enjoys spending time with his family and following his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.
