Michael Flanagan is a Senior Business Development Consultant based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Flanagan oversees the company’s new business development efforts in California, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Prior to joining The Medicus Firm, Michael served as a Senior Physician Services Manager with a national recruiting company, as well as possessing previous experience as a corporate recruiter in a healthcare staffing environment. Michael was twice awarded the Marketer of the Quarter; along with the Marketer of the Month nine separate times. In his previous role, Mr. Flanagan also secured the largest retained search agreement in company history, with the transaction exceeding 65 searches.

A Las Vegas native, Michael relocated to Dallas upon graduation from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to his career in physician recruitment, Mr. Flanagan worked in the Catholic Diocese of Dallas as a teacher and coach.

Outside of work, Michael is involved in a wide variety of charities including the American Cancer Society, the Surfrider Foundation & Partners in Youth Movement.
