Mark Lozano is a Principal in The Medicus Firm Dallas office and primarily works with clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.  He has been involved in medical recruiting, consulting and staff development since 2002. Mr. Lozano's experience includes extensive work in client services and successfully addressing physician needs at the staff and director level. Mr. Lozano is well-versed in contract negotiation and market trends as they pertain to physician recruitment and retention. Mr. Lozano has enjoyed success on behalf of large healthcare institutions and corporations as well as mid-size hospitals and groups.

Prior to joining Medicus Partners, Mr. Lozano worked as a Director of Client Services with a start-up healthcare sourcing and procurement group based in Dallas. He played an integral part in company and divisional growth with a "lead by example" approach in addressing client needs and working directly with internal recruiters and medical staff resources to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to their needs. Throughout his career Mr. Lozano has received awards and accolades for consistent production, leadership and client satisfaction.

Originally from San Antonio, TX, Mr. Lozano is a graduate of Texas Tech University, earning his Bachelor's degree in Communications. Prior to his career in healthcare, he worked in public relations. Away from work Mr. Lozano stays active and enjoys playing soccer and basketball, writing and painting and spending time with friends.
