Kevin Hardy is a Senior Business Development Consultant with The Medicus Firm in the Dallas office. His past experiences as a physician recruiter provide him with a unique insight into helping solve physician staffing issues for his clients in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Mr. Hardy began his career in physician recruitment in 2004 and has held several leadership and management roles within other firms including working as a Business Development Consultant for a national, retained physician search firm where he was consistently a top-producer as well as working as a physician recruiter at a large, national physician search firm for several years.

Mr. Hardy earned his B.S. from Tuskegee University and was a member of the Golden Tigers baseball team.
