Justin Ballinger, a Recruiting Consultant with The Medicus Firm, is based in Dallas and primarily works with clients in the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes region. Mr. Ballinger has been in the healthcare recruiting and consulting field since 2006 and has successfully placed physicians in facilities ranging from rural hospitals in the upper Midwest to major metro medical centers in the Southeast. Mr. Ballinger's areas of expertise include physician recruitment, contract negotiation and overall market analysis. He earned The Medicus Firm’s 2009 Rising Star Award for his accomplishments on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining the former Medicus Partners in early 2007, Mr. Ballinger served as a new physician consultant for a national retained physician search firm where he specialized in recruiting residents and fellows.

Mr. Ballinger earned his Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Kansas. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Mr. Ballinger enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and staying active. He is also a passionate fan of collegiate and professional sports, most notably the Kansas Jayhawks and Minnesota Twins.
