Jeff Molnar is a Vice President of Business Development for The Medicus Firm and works out of the Dallas, TX office. He is a 17-year veteran of the recruiting industry and has been involved with physician search on a national level since 1998. 

Mr Molnar currently leads one of the company's two business development teams, and assists clients in their efforts to properly evaluate, coordinate and effectively launch their search campaigns.

Mr Molnar previously served as Vice President of Marketing for two other national retained physician search firms.  He has won numerous awards and accolades for production and leadership, including Marketer of the Year and Company MVP.  He is recognized as having trained and mentored numerous top sales producers and managers within the leading retained firms.

Mr Molnar has been happily married to his wife and best friend Suzy for over 25 years, and they have two grown children, Jeffrey and Jayci.
