Jamie Thomas is a Principal with The Medicus Firm and works out of the Dallas, TX office. He primarily works with clients in Louisiana and Mississippi.  Mr. Thomas has enjoyed success in both urban and rural markets, and his areas of expertise include medical staffing needs analysis, developing physician retention strategies and physician contract negotiation.

Mr. Thomas formerly served as a Senior Physician Recruiter at two national search firms based in Dallas where he received the "Award of Excellence" and "Recruiter of the Quarter" awards. Mr. Thomas has been recruiting physicians since 2002 and offers a track record of providing excellent customer service and results. 

Mr. Thomas resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Jessica and three children. He is a native of Ohio and attended Ohio State University.
