Brian Nichols is a Principal at The Medicus Firm, representing clients in the states of North and South Carolina.  Mr. Nichols joined The Medicus Firm with years of entrepreneurial and recruiting experience.  He has been in the healthcare recruiting and consulting field since 2004.  His areas of expertise include physician and hospital staff recruitment, contract negotiation and needs assessment.  Mr. Nichols earned the “2009 Producer of the Year Award” for The Medicus Firm Atlanta office.

Mr. Nichols previously worked for a national retained firm based in the Southeast where he was one of their most productive and successful recruiters.  Mr. Nichols earned the prestigious "Highest Client Satisfaction" award as a result of his professionalism and success. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Practice Development for a national radiology company where he was responsible for building and growing their recruitment department.

Mr. Nichols resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Missy and his son, Addison. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, home remodeling and playing sports with his son.
