Blaine Isbell is a Principal with The Medicus Firm and works out of the Dallas, TX office.  Mr. Isbell works primarily with clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri and has recruited in a variety of settings including rural hospitals, private practices, and large national health care systems. He prides himself on success and building long lasting relationships due to his understanding of his clients' wants and needs.

Mr. Isbell formerly served as a Physician Recruiter and Director of Recruiting for a national search firm based in Dallas.  He has been in the physician search field since 2004 and has obtained many achievements such as "Recruiter of the Month", "Most Influential", and "Impact Player of the Month".

Mr. Isbell earned his degree from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He resides in Lewisville, Texas, and enjoys spending time with his daughter Carly.
