Alan Borgeson is a Principal with The Medicus Firm and is based in the Dallas, TX office. His recruiting experience ranges from large, national for-profit hospital systems to rural community hospitals and solo physician practices. His significant insight and approach in today's changing market coupled with his strong customer service and "Client Comes First" mentality has helped him earn numerous awards including "Recruiter of the Year". Mr. Borgeson also earned the 2009 Associate of the Year Award for The Medicus Firm Dallas office.

Mr. Borgeson has been recruiting physicians since 1999 and formerly served as a Physician Recruiter and Senior Director at two national physician search firms based in Dallas. 

Mr. Borgeson is a graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington and resides in Ft. Worth, Texas, with his wife Dianne and two children, Aiden and Ashton.
